Morning, everyone started a new WhatsApp broadcast group for inspiration and motivation can't wait to see you all tomorrow celebrating Man of the Year 2023, food tasting, and getting a plan together for half term week, if you have kids or grand children bring them along not a problem at all don't let anything get in your way!

My Granddaughter Abigail (above) joined me at our group meeting
and was very impressed how well Lynn conducted the group class.
She also commented how friendly everyone were and was pleased
for me being a member.
My Lucky day!!!
