BENNY'S PROGRESS UPDATE

To All My Dear Global Friends and Relatives &

my New 'Slimming World Group' friends.

Just a brief update on my 'Slimming World' progress.

As most of my friends know, I had my Keyhole Surgery on my left shoulder which was successful but unfortunately still in much pain not able to do all the physio exercises I have been given.

Specialist Surgeon Mr Mark Proctor (Kingston Hospital) confirms it could take up-to 3 months to be normal so have to wait. I know I will be fine sooner than later. (Report below).

Slimming Progress Report:

I missed out 3 weeks going to my weekly Tuesday Group classes, during and after my surgery resulting in me putting on weight which proves how important it is attending my weekly classes with good advice from our group Leader/Instructor Lynn Morgan followed by comments and views by group members all very constructive helping us to lose weight.

I renew my membership tomorrow Tuesday 30th May for another 12 weeks which I am positive to lose 1 st., to reach my target of 11 stones.
